For the people of Natick, The Grillin Greek wasn't just a restaurant. It was a Thursday night with family. A lazy Sunday. A reason to drive across town without needing one. We went home for a while. But the flavors never left.
What We Made
Everything made from scratch. No shortcuts. No freezer bags. This is what Natick kept coming back for.
Our original invention — homemade hummus blended with our house tzatziki. Creamy, garlicky, completely addictive. You won't find this anywhere else.
A family recipe we never sold. Until maybe now. Herbaceous, bright, and the reason our salads were unlike anything else in MetroWest.
Thick. Cool. Made the right way — real Greek yogurt, fresh cucumber, dill, a little garlic. The benchmark everything else gets measured against.
Fresh greens, house dressing, and your choice of grilled marinated chicken or thinly sliced seasoned lamb. Simple. Perfect. Impossible to forget.
