What We're Made Of

We trust the process.

Everything starts fresh. The dough is made from scratch. The cheese is shredded on premises. The chicken is marinated by hand. The lamb is ground from whole legs. The dressing is a family recipe that never had measurements — just memory and taste and the insistence that anything less wasn't worth serving. This is food you'd feed your kids and feel good about.
