Greek Lamb Meatballs on a Pick
Fresh ground leg of lamb mixed with fresh dried oregano, fresh chopped mint, fresh chopped basil, ground onion, crushed garlic, sea salt, cumin, ground chili pepper, eggs and breadcrumbs. We made in-house gyros with these.
Roasted Greek Potatoes
Ground-up spices of the night, pureed fresh tomatoes, ground onion, crushed garlic, more spices, olive oil poured all over the place, lamb juice, and chopped green onion. Roasted.
Roasted Red Pepper & Basil Hummus
Freshly ground chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, chopped roasted or sautéed red peppers spiced with basil and light mint, and some other secrets we threw in when no one was looking.
Melitzonosalata
Eggplant dip made with roasted eggplant, garlic, spices, and olive oil.
Taramousalata
A spicy-hot (or mild) cheese dip made with feta cheese and awesome.
The Great Greek Salad
Tomatoes, cucumbers, arguing, romaine lettuce, philosophy, onions, friends, red peppers, olives, love, and feta. And feta. And feta.
Fresh-Baked Pita Bread
Home-made dough rolled out into small dinner-party pitas, then baked.
